Surf Mompiche
Join us for an authentic Ecuadorian surf experience like no other…
Located just 2 km from the lively village of Mompiche but worlds apart, Casa Surf offers the perfect combination of relaxation and inspiring adventure for your next tropical vacation.
You Deserve a (Perfect) Break
Constructed with giant bamboo and modern concrete, Casa Surf is a beachfront oasis that is just the right distance away from downtown and the nightclubs that pop up during surf season every November to April.
Yet, it's close enough to have everything right at your fingertips – Mompiche’s incredible left hand point break wave, restaurants, cafes and dance spots – so you are able to enjoy your own private beach break when tides are highest.
Casa Surf is built in an open plan and offers three large ocean view bedrooms each with one queen bed and one single bed, ensuite showers and ocean-view decks. The house has indoor and outdoor dining spaces and is hosted by our full-time staff who live next door for added security and convenience.
Kick Back
Hang Ten
Surf Mompiche invites you to experience coastal Ecuador the way you want it – as active or relaxed as you care to be.
With its open beaches, and one of a kind surf break, it’s no wonder Mompiche, Ecuador has been coined a “surf mecca”. The toned and tanned locals commute along pot hole-strewn dirt roads, and live in houses that defer to palm trees and where yards are adorned with fallen coconuts and banana leaves. Now, thanks to Surf Mompiche you can enjoy this authentic coastal experience from the comfort of your own multi-level beach house with all the comforts of home!
IT’S ONLY NATURAL
Casa Surf is funky, not fancy, with everything you need and nothing you don’t
The house is built into the natural landscape, perched high with ocean views but is only accessible by vehicle only at low tide. Mother Nature has provided privacy at just the right times, while the beach is walkable at most tides. Our jungle backdrop is a birder’s paradise and the mangrove begs exploration.
Located on the edge of town it provides enough privacy but also allows access to everything this buzzing little community offers. Classic Ecuadorian seafood restaurants are now outnumbered by casual and hip cafes for healthy bites, outdoor dining and sunset cocktails.
